Visitor / Tourist Visa:
- Fill 2 application forms.
- 2 passport sized portraits.
- A roundtrip airfare ticket.
- A pre-marked self-mailing envelope.
- Your last three bank statements.
- Photocopies of your credit cards (to be sent airmail if applicable) or please bring with you your actual credit cards (if you are applying locally).

Business Visa:
- Fill 2 application forms.
- 2 passport sized portraits.
- A roundtrip airfare ticket.
- A pre-marked self-mailing envelope.
- Your last three bank statements.
- Photocopies of your credit cards (to be sent airmail if applicable) or please bring with you your actual credit cards (if you are applying locally).
- Original and copy of your company’s application letter stating the nature of your visit and the business the company is involved in, as well as the planned activities of the person requesting the Visa.
- A passport’s photocopy stamped by the company and signed by their legal representatives (additionally the original passport will be required).
