Health recomendations
Most people know, in order to better take good care of themselves and get their bodies in perfect shape, they must follow a healthy diet and acquire healthy living habits. Unfortunately most of the time we do not know what that’s all about and neither how to eat a healthy diet. That is why now and here, we give you a summary about the Ten Commandments of a Healthy Diet, something everybody should follow:
- Ingest four meals a day (breakfast, lunch, snack time and dinner).
- Eat varied foods in the right proportion.
- Keep your body weight in tight control. Avoid foods containing saturated fats.
- Consume foods rich in dietary fiber; avoid those with too much sugar.
- Do not drink alcohol beverages every day. Try not to eat too many salty foods.
- Maintain your daily intake of proteins under 20%. Exercise every day.
